Bucketman was a sketch from season 7 and 8. Bucketman (played by Shane Lyons) was a mild mannered security guard until he fell head first into a bucket of nuclear waste, transforming him into Bucketman, a hero with amazing powers. His only weakness is that he can't see through the bucket, which is permanently stuck to him.
